Small precautions and actions for the future will be very good for our health.

 

For muscle wasting and similar body fatigue, walking down the corridor or climbing the stairs will be a very simple but useful start. Use of computers, telephones or televisions, dry air and constant humidity give our eyes an incredible intensity. Our eye health problems, which we will not be able to notice in a short time, may cause serious problems in the future and cause our quality of life to deteriorate. We would like to talk about very simple but important steps we can take for our eye health.

 

 

We can start by humidifying the environments you are in. The dryness of the ambient air will increase the dryness of the eyes. Moisturizing the environment with a water container or a cold steamer on the heater reduces the evaporation of our tears and prevents our eyes from drying out. Drinking plenty of water will also be good for dry eyes. Drinking plenty of water will generally be good for our whole body. Wearing protective glasses when we go out will be effective in preventing the wind from drying our eyes. At the same time, of course, good nutrition is good for dry eyes. Foods such as spinach, cauliflower, walnuts contain lots of omega-3s and are beneficial against dry eyes. If you say that I use a digital screen during daylight hours, you should moisturize your eyes with extra artificial tear drops. Artificial tear drops, which are very easy to use in plastic capsules, will relieve you of stinging and tiredness. When you need artificial tears, which have no toxic effects on the eyes, you can simply twist the cap of the capsule and then squeeze the plastic tube at a ninety-degree angle so that it does not touch your eyes and drop the drops into your eye.
