Fıs Fıs

  • Fıs Fıs

Fıs-fıs, what a beautiful word. We get up in the morning;fıs-fıs, we get ready to leave the house fıs-fıs, we go to work fıs-fıs, we go to the industry fıs-fıs, in the evening fıs-fıs, guests will come fıs-fıs, we make preparations in the kitchen fıs-fıs, there is a constant fıs-fıs in our lives.

We're talking, of course, about plastic caps. We need plastic caps to spray aerosols in many areas such as deodorant, room fragrances, industrial vehicles, kitchen oils. Although the plastic caps are separated according to their diameters and models, it is actually the most important factor that initiates the action of submerging. When you start to examine the product, the color will attract you first. Then spraying at the desired rate and angle will cause you to add that product to your basket.

Aerosol is the dispersion of a solid or a liquid in a gaseous medium. Smoke, fog and sprays are examples. Multiphase system consisting of liquid or solid particles with a diameter of less than 10 microns. In recent years, aerosols have been prepared in the form of foam or gel. Aerosols; It consists of propellant, solvent and aerosol container. The aerosol can is also known as the spray can. It is designed to disperse the liquid inside into a mist or foam and is usually in the form of a metal can or a plastic bottle. Aerosol, which was developed for spraying pesticides in the past, is used for a wide variety of products today.

The propellant is a liquefied gas or mixture of gases held under pressure. The boiling point of these gases is below normal temperature. For this reason, the propellant mixture quickly evaporates as soon as it comes into contact with the atmosphere. The active substance also remains on the hair or skin. The principle is the same for foam and powder aerosols. Care is taken to ensure that the substances used as propellants are inert, odorless, colorless, non-toxic and non-flammable. For this purpose, trichloromonofluoromethane and dichlorodifluoromethane are used a lot, but in recent years they have been abandoned due to the damage to the ozone layer and gases such as propane, isobutane, n-butane or their mixtures are used instead.

So how are the caps that spray these aerosol gases produced? First of all, of course, plastic covers are designed. Then they are printed as plastic in 3D printers and made into prototypes for testing. After completing the quality and technical tests of the plastic covers printed in 3D printers, their molds are produced for mass production.

The prepared molds are connected to the injection machines, and plastic caps are started to be produced in the desired diameters in series with colored plastic raw materials. The plastic caps placed on the tubes in aerosol filling plants are now ready to do their job. They are almost like heroes with the stance and functionality of the plastic covers on the products. They accompany us in every aspect of life, from bad odors to the health sector, from care products to the food sector.

May the sound of fıs-fıs never be missing in our lives. Because the fıs-fıs sound makes our life much, much easier.
