We always complain, it means time is not enough. Not enough time to work, not enough time to work, not enough time to have fun, not enough time for education. Something is always not enough. Oh, even if there is time, we always say if I do this. Actually, there is time for everything, but maybe we can't manage it. Products made from recycled plastics are exhibited at the airport and children are educated on the benefits of plastic. This training and campaign, which is provided especially to children and of course adults, in a short time before a flight is one of the best examples of how we can spare time for everything. Of course, if there is a delayed flight, this training will be much more effective if this wait will take hours. Think about it, your plane was delayed for 12 hours and you were informed a lot about this campaign, maybe you can invest directly in recycling facilities. Joking aside, it is not an excuse to say that there is no time limit. We can allocate time for education at any time, every minute, and even we should.

This campaign may even mean that children who become conscious and grow up in the long term will one day undertake very serious works. A society that is conscious about recycling and plastic will ensure that it has many products that make our life easier and increase your comfort with much lower costs, as we have stated before, without consuming our resources.

It is an indisputable fact that young people and even children are prepared for life with a very different and not easily analyzed knowledge. Managers who cannot face this reality, do not show understanding to new generations, and do not give opportunities will fall behind in the competition in the business world. At the same time, there will be a gap between these generations and the parents who do not understand these young people and do not give them the opportunity.

Understanding young people, giving them opportunities, increasing their opportunities and equipment, listening to their future plans with patience is the one and only important investment for the existence of human beings and the existence of the world. Make improvements on artificial intelligence as much as you want, work for industry 4.0 as much as you want, the future is young people and their preferences will determine everything. It will not only determine but shape it. It will not be just shaping, it will become the reality of life.

Don't understand young people as much as you want, block them as much as you want, it won't change anything and it won't provide anything. You can manage time, yes, but time will not treat you fairly and time will one day make you face the facts.
