Return To The Fields
After scary diseases and global crises, life stopped and everyone was locked in their homes. Our habits have changed, our haste has changed. The decline of the effects of the disease and, of course, the fact that we got used to the diseases began to fix everything. Perhaps the global crises had created opportunities and production continued at full speed.
No matter how much our private lives and business world have changed, some activities that we took a break and that we were actually very accustomed to have quickly entered our lives again. Of course, we are talking about fairs. With the pandemic, all the fairs were postponed and even conversations about whether they would be held again began to pass between us. The fairs were moved to digital platforms, old initiatives resurrected, and 3D fairs became widespread. However, the countries' gradual opening of their borders, airline companies' re-establishing flights and people's circulating made physical fairs popular again.
Turkey fairs, European fairs and Asian fairs are packed with people. Companies and marketing agencies, aside from dealing with plastic products, wander from fair to fair with the happiness of seeing old friends and shaking hands with them. Of course, this is also reflected in the trade of excitement and happiness.
Fair participants are working hard to take part in the fairs with all their splendor after years. With renewed exhibition stands, brand new catalogs, the products of R&D studies carried out for the time that has stopped, and of course, new hopes, everything becomes different. We can't even recognize some of the participants with giant screens and colorful designs instead of the usual fair stands, but of course, we follow all these developments with a positive energy and we sincerely congratulate them all.
Although the aims and means of the fairs have not changed in general, the fairs of all of us are evident from the rush of the brands that we miss very much. All brands are proud to say that they came out of the pandemic even stronger, improved their products and became more dynamic. Troubles and problems in other sectors have shaken the global economy, but the plastics industry has become the locomotive of the economy.
No matter how the supply chain has been affected, the plastics industry has produced a solution and preserved its building blocks. Spending some time and getting information at the fairs will support our words. Fairs held all over the world have led to the formation of new markets and new collaborations with the interest of the participants, as well as the renewal of the existing trust and even the strengthening of this trust. The plastics industry reinforces this trust and power not only with its production but also with the benefits it provides to human beings.
The contributions, new studies and support of the plastics industry in health services and products have played a key role in overcoming the pandemic and returning to normal life. Strong, sustainable and solution-oriented understanding are values that will never change in the plastics industry.
