Thıs Movıe Has Not Been Shot Before
Frankly, we can’t watch this movie. So this is not a movie like that. Let’s find out what this plastic film is.
In our country, the production of films, including flat and long films for knitted sacks and other fabrics, has not improved significantly in the last 5 years. It is expected that the growth will be slow. The demand for HDPE for knitted sacks and weaves constitutes 40% of the total polymer requirement in this sector in our country. Plastic film, polyethylene production, high density polyethylene.
The main problem with pipes is the intensity of the detailed agreed definitions of gas pipes and fittings. This gas pipeline will be manufactured in Turkey in which case it is highly likely considering the interests of companies producing pipe. In this case, the resin with the desired properties must be imported from abroad. Turkey has started to produce low density polyethylene in 1970, but this is not enough. The US and Western Europe have a large share of the market. Low density polyethylene, used in trays and containers, food storage containers, laboratory containers, weldable and processed parts, soft and bendable parts, sheeting from cartons and aluminum cans of beverages, computer parts and many other fields, is almost the industry’s standard. In this market, Turkey operates with competitive and strong entities, as in all other plastics market. In our country, studies are carried out in three different groups: private sector chemical installations, establishments affiliated to multinational companies, oil and chemical organizations in the state sector. The growth of the first two groups is faster than the third. Especially the cost profit in integrated facilities and the encouraging economic policies implemented by some producer countries due to employment, foreign trade and foreign exchange problems pave the way for progress in this direction.
The situation is not very different in high density polyethylene. We would like to draw your attention to the areas of use. Due to its impact and flexibility properties, it is used in injection and molding types, film production, packaging such as bottles, barrels, basins. Approximately one quarter of the production of high density polyethylene is used in developed countries. Argentina, Ecuador, Bolivia, China, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Thailand are considered countries that plan to grow in high density polyethylene manufacturing. When we look at the list of countries that plan to grow, it is observed that there are countries with infrastructure problems and natural disasters. One of the most important advantages of high density polyethylene is that it does not require a protective coating. It is also extremely resistant to aging. Because of these advantages, it is not surprising that it is produced in the countries listed above.
In the world and in our country, these two special materials are used in almost all fields in the plastics industry. Although the saying “this film has not been shot before” may seem irony, the fact that developing countries have more to say about these materials in the coming years or that the ADB and Western Europe became a monopoly could turn into a horror film. Short-term scenario films to be taken in order to protect the balances and the absence of monopoly will fulfill the pleasure of the plastics industry.
