Endless Breeze

Issue 18
  • Endless Breeze

There are many elements and objects that we do not see or are aware of that make life easier and simpler. When we need these elements and objects at any moment of our lives and when they are not, we understand how valuable they are. Endless breeze is one of them, but it is necessary to define what this endless breeze is.

According to some, the endless breeze is a breeze that gives us indescribable happiness while cruising on a sailboat, according to some, a peace coming from the car window in hot weather... In daily life, maybe a hair dryer, who knows?

Although sailboats are not cars in our lives, the lack of a hair dryer is immediately felt. It's nice to get wet in the rain, right? Swimming in the sea is nice, then? It's nice to walk around in the snow, isn't it? The following is a certain uncomfortable mood and the diseases that come in turn.

A hair dryer or blow dryer is a type of electromechanical dryer. It blows hot air on damp hair to accelerate the evaporation of water to dry the hair. Blow dryers give better control over the shape and style of the hair by accelerating and controlling the temporary hydrogen bond formation within each strand. These bonds are strong but temporary and extremely sensitive to moisture. Blow dryers were invented in the late 19th century. The first stationary model was created by Alexander F. Godefroy at his salon in France. The handheld household hair dryer first appeared in 1920.

Of course, people use hair dryers and blow dryers in many areas. Drying and styling hair is not enough for us. We use hair dryers to dry our wet socks, our shirts with food dripping, and even to light a barbecue.

Imagine what chaos it would be without these insignificant and unaware little gadgets. For example, it would be the beginning of the end of the world if women could not get a blow dryer before going to meetings, weddings and private meetings. If we could not dry our hair, we would have to struggle with a constant headache and many diseases. The constant breeze is very necessary for us.

So what made these little devices so magical? Is it just that they're blowing? Of course not… they had to be lightweight for comfortable use. At the same time, they had to be durable, that is, long-lasting, as well as being light. To be accessible, they had to be inexpensive. How will it achieve this? Of course with plastics… With plastic, we made these small devices even lighter for light years. With plastic, we have made these small devices durable and even fireproof for years, thanks to technology. That it is accessible, that is cheap, that is relative, it is cheap for some, expensive for others, but plastic does the best it can in this regard.

It is the greatest injustice to be done to them by calling it a hair dryer or blow dryer. If happiness is achieved through small things, of course, there is a reason. May the best breezes be with you.
