Hands Of Angels
The most fundamental right of all living creatures on earth is the right to life. Every living thing on earth needs some basic needs in order to survive. The amount, shape and type of these needs may vary from living creature to creature. For example, water is a basic need for survival. Of course it is not possible to live without being lost. What about shelter? Where is your bar on this list? Water, food, sun and air are at the top of the list of course, but shelter is also an extremely important basic need for the well-being of the living.
Let's think for a moment that birds don't have a nest, dogs don't have a kennel, and humans don't have a home? You have met your food needs, you are full, your body has received your basic life needs… and then? You don't have a warm home, an environment where you find peace, no corner where you spend time. How good could your psychology be? How good can you feel? How long can you survive or be happy if you cannot meet your basic cleaning needs and you cannot protect yourself from external dangers, even if your body adapts to external environmental changes and cannot take care of yourself?
One of the biggest problems in the world and the biggest deadlock in which the states are left without a solution, the homeless is a black mark for human beings. According to 2017 data, 550 thousand homeless people live on the streets in ABB. 550 homeless people in France and 600 in England died in 2017. In cold weather and natural disasters, public institutions provide shelter and food to homeless people, not everyone works individually, but this is not a permanent solution. It does not seem possible to solve this problem radically.
Perhaps it will be possible to solve this problem if everyone focuses on homeless people individually or publicly and solutions are made permanent. In England, volunteers have developed a very different project for the homeless. They produced a waterproof sleeping bag cover. Moreover, they made these waterproof sleeping bags by ironing their crisp packs. They collected plastic crisp packages that were thrown into nature unconsciously and made waterproof sleeping bags and distributed them to homeless people.
Volunteers in England first aimed to buy things for homeless people. However, they realized that they could not go far with these purchases due to the costs. On top of that, they thought of making a giant blanket out of waste chips and crisp plastic wrap. As the project took shape, waste chips and crisp plastic packaging turned into giant waterproof sleeping bags. This kindness act, which started with a simple facebook group, seems to have reached its goal.
It is a wonderful joy to set out without trying what it can do and watch a small snowball grow like a giant avalanche. You can make your voice heard by joining hand in hand on your way of goodness individually. Who knows, we cannot know without trying ...
